Welcome to the site. I’ve been racing in Age Group Olympic Distance Triathlons since 2007. My first year took me to the Age Group Worlds, where I managed 67th place in my age group in a time of 2hrs 52mins. After 2 years hard training with my coach, 2 time GB Olympian Michelle Dillon (www.teamdilloncoaching.com) I turned that around to 10th in last year’s World’s in a time 2hrs 17mins, just 85 seconds off a medal!
This year, I’m off to Budapest to race for Canada in the 2010 Age Group World Championships in September. As I continue to train and compete, I’ll update this website with my trials and tribulations.

I’m a British Citizen who emigrated in 2009 to the Canadian Rockies to run a luxury Bed and Breakfast (www.cinnamonbearlodge.net) in Fernie, BC, with my husband Jason. To keep me sane, I also race Age Group Olympic Distance, and now Half Ironman, triathlons – and LOVE it!
