The first year of my new-found hobby!  On the good side, I somehow managed to qualify to represent GB in the World Championships!  On the not so good side, I never got the chance to train as my job was waaaay too busy!  I’d simply turn up, race, give it my all, and die afterwards, but of course, having a ton of fun on the way

Age group World Championships, Hamburg - 67th in age group, 2hrs 52mins

Salford Triathlon -10th in age group, 2hrs 47mins

Wakefield Triathlon – 16th in age group, – 3hrs 5min

Blenheim Triathlon – 24th in age group – 1hrs 35mins (Sprint Distance)
